I am not like other buyer agents:

​I won't show you five things and expect you to make an offer. I have a different paradigm; buying a home is more than picking four walls and a kitchen layout. It's about your lifestyle, what you do when you're not at work and how you see your life in the next 5 to 10 years.

 

You're searching for your sanctuary and you'll know it when you feel it. I'm a firm believer in looking at all the possibilities to help you learn the market so that when you find "the one", you know it. I am very hands on and WILL go into crawlspaces and attics with you.

What's The Process?

First Let's Meet with the Agent! Me!

  • Initial meeting to go over the process and define your search parameters.

  • Lender suggestions and pre-qualification

  • Set up a search, tour and research properties

  • Write offers and counter-offers

You're Under Contract. Now What?

Buyer Agent Coordinates

  • Due Diligence inspections (HVAC, pest, structural,
    environmental, etc)

  • Negotiate repairs and/or
    credits

  • Contract Amendments

  • Continued coordination
    with listing agent, attorney and lender

Lender Coordinates

  • Buyer’s formal loan
    application begins

  • Appraisal

  • Verification of income and assets

  • Appraisal value set

  • Final Loan Approval

Attorney Coordinates

  • Title search to confirm no liens on property

  • Drafting seller documents for sale

  • Communicate with lender to assemble closing package

  • Closing Disclosure

  • drafted for final review

What to expect on Closing Day.

  • Meet at attorney’s office for final review of closing documents

  • Sign lender package and pay closing cost fees

  • Attorney and lender do final, final review of documents

  • Deed is recorded, seller gets paid, you get keys
